This British Standard specifies methods of test for commercial sulphuric acid, oleum and liquid sulpur trioxide. Section 2 covers tests for acids containing up to 100 % of H₂SO₄. Section 3 describes methods of test for oleums and liquid sulphur trioxide and includes a method for their dilution prior to analysis by the methods specified in section 2, clauses 5 to 9.
