This International Standard specifies an infrared absorption method after combustion in an inductionfurnace for the determination of sulfur content insteel and iron.

The method is applicable to sulfur contentsbetween 0,002 % (m/m) and 0,10 % (m/m)

Applicable to sulphur contents in the range 0.002% (m/m) to 0.10% (m/m).
