This Part of BS 7033 specifies requirements for optical polishing cloths, which may also be used as polish application cloths, for use in high quality optical systems and for polishing high quality transparent plastics panels.

The polishing cloths specified in this standard are not for use on aircraft transparencies.

The cloths are intended for single use only.
